Daily Prompt: Shiver
It is the cold, the wound, the scary thought, the dreadful dream that gives a quiver, a shiver. Although nothing is everlasting, but even a temporary terror is as much horrifying to inject a shiver. Happiness, love, joy, hatred, sorrows or any annihilation isn’t everlasting because otherwise, we would lose their worth; however, they succeed in yielding a little or large tremble in life enough to cause a moment of shiver.
The presence of goosebumps is shiver, the pinch of cold is shiver, the warm perspiration is shiver and the contentment of a helping hand is also shiver. The electrifying wave down the spine, the throb of the heart, the wink of an eye and the slur of a tongue is a shiver.
Loneliness gives a shiver, haunting gives a shiver, hatred gives a shiver and true love gives a shiver. You shiver down the legs with triumph, gaiety; you shiver to sweat with fear, panic; you shiver with achievement, endeavour.
A shiver is the revelation of emotions, a state of mind and the state of inclination. Let the execution of your efforts and the ultimate success deliver the shiver for that would be a delicacy to taste.
