To begin with, let me wish you all A Merry Christmas. May this blissful day fill your lives with health, peace and plenteous family time to cherish.
But, what is Christmas? In my opinion; Christmas, and for the matter of fact, every festival, is a feeling or an emotion that is put into life by our acts or gestures of celebrating the true spirit behind it. Giving and forgiving are behaviours that hold the essence of the day and the season on the whole.
Now that we are grown up, we feel and we are brain-fed that Santa is a myth. I would say Santa can never be a myth. Santa was alive then and is still alive in our hearts who make us create miracles through magic wands called kindness and gratitude. People who have been by our side, who have never given up on us, who show us the right path; for me, are real Santas. Without them, have you ever thought what would our life be?
Globally, times are running tough. Many of us have unfortunately lost our loved ones. Looking around, I feel, this should be the best season to relive the spirit of Christmas because these are times when we all need to stand together hand-in-hand, heart-to-heart.
Be thankful firstly that you are alive to witness this day, secondly for what you’ve got, thirdly for what you can give. Grace of the Almighty and Gratitude will help you become more human to serve the humanity better in these difficult times. But for that, you need to believe, believe in yourself.
Drape yourself with the mood and warmth of the season and see how it’s spirit makes you do wonders to make this world more beautiful.
Wishing you all, once again, a Happy Christmas. Have a blessed one. Stay safe and healthy.
Rise and shine.
